Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolSalvatore Sodano is a seasoned engineering leader and entrepreneur with 11 years of experience building and scaling product and platform teams across startups and larger companies. He blends hands-on development (regularly coding as a leader) with strategic operations—launching an AI assistant product from concept to production, driving SOC2/security programs, and adopting infrastructure-as-code to cut costs. As founder of SkyToaster (acquired) he brings founder grit and a customer-focused mindset to engineering leadership, pairing technical depth in languages from C++ to TypeScript with product empathy. He has a track record of transforming legacy systems, creating automated testing processes, and mentoring teams through technology shifts at companies like Stripe, Bandwidth, and LaunchNotes. Based in Raleigh, NC, and MBA-trained, he looks for roles that leverage his combined strengths in technical execution, vendor and security oversight, and entrepreneurial problem-solving.
