Top SchoolSam Beevors is a Leeds-based software engineer and platform leader with a decade of experience building fast, accessible, and user-focused digital experiences. Currently Head of Platform at Music Vine and Uppbeat, he progressed from front-end lead roles into strategic platform leadership while still consulting through Static Dress. His background blends hands-on front-end engineering with product sensibility—shipping performant UIs and developer-facing platform improvements across startups and freelance projects since 2015. Sam is known for prioritizing accessibility and UX as core engineering concerns rather than afterthoughts, which has informed both feature work and platform architecture. Comfortable balancing delivery and consultancy, he brings a pragmatic, user-centric approach to scaling teams and systems. Based in Leeds, he combines local roots with a track record of adapting quickly across music-tech and creator-economy products.
