Senior🎓
Top SchoolSam Hagman is a product leader and former full‑stack engineer with 11 years of experience building and scaling consumer marketplaces and loyalty products from pre-revenue to acquisition. He blends hands‑on engineering (React/Node/Elixir) with data-driven product strategy—running experiments that drove multimillion-dollar improvements in retention, contact rate, and conversions. At Instawork he led cross‑org GTM launches into 17+ cities and shipped UX and AI initiatives that materially boosted onboarding and worker quality. Known for collaborative, detail‑oriented leadership (and a penchant for dad jokes), he mentors entrepreneurs at Boston University and explores generative AI to create deceptively simple, “magical” user experiences.
