Top SchoolSamuel Martins is an executive manager blending a technology foundation with a postgraduate background in management and finance, bringing nine years of hands-on experience across strategy, product, planning, and growth. Currently at PicPay he leads Earned Wage Access and Flexible Benefits, owning strategy, operations, and P&L while driving innovation and partner ecosystems. His career spans financial institutions, startups, retail and consulting, with notable experience in M&A, turnarounds and launching go-to-market products at Localiza. Samuel pairs analytical rigor from an Information Systems degree with practical commercial instincts from working cross-functionally to scale profitable units.
