Top SchoolSamuel Sun is a Full Stack Software Engineer with a decade of experience building cloud-native backend services, APIs, and modern frontend interfaces for industrial digital twin and energy-infrastructure platforms. He has led cross-functional teams to modernize legacy tools, migrate stacks to standalone cloud platforms, and deliver production-grade solutions that improved delivery velocity and user satisfaction across offshore engineering projects. His domain work on CO₂ and hydrogen pipeline digital twins—published and presented at the Offshore Technology Conference—combines Python, Flask, Angular/TypeScript, and ML (XGBoost) to enable real-time integrity monitoring and predictive maintenance. Samuel pairs systems-level thinking with hands-on implementation, having reduced processing times from hours to under a minute on multiple automation projects and cut licensing costs via platform consolidation. Based in Atlanta, he holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Georgia Tech and is especially interested in roles that connect physical systems with digital intelligence and data visualization.
