Top SchoolSamuel Zhang is a Senior Software Development Engineer with a decade of experience designing high-scale, cryptographically secure cloud infrastructure for regulated environments. At AWS he has led multi-team strategies for massive data platforms and delivered resilient sovereign-cloud and air-gapped solutions highlighted at re:Invent 2025. He specializes in bridging strict compliance regimes (ITAR, FedRAMP, GDPR) with cutting-edge Agentic AI deployments, enabling cloud transformation across both US and EU markets where he is authorized to work. Combining an AI-focused CS education from Georgia Tech with hands-on research in automated algorithm design, Samuel brings a research-to-production mindset that anticipates adversarial, regulatory, and operational constraints. Notably, his work emphasizes practical sovereignty—building systems that make regulatory guarantees auditable and scalable rather than theoretical.
