Senior🎓
Top SchoolSandeep Chauhan is a pragmatic Django backend developer with 9 years in software engineering and six years of remote-focused experience building maintainable, production-grade systems. He specializes in Python/Django, Wagtail, Htmx, Alpine.js and Tailwind, and has a track record of improving OSS and bespoke platforms used by high-impact organizations handling multi-million-dollar funds. At Remote Inning he enhanced Hypha submission management—adding co-applicant permissions, internal finance workflows, feature flags and performance-focused front-end refactors—to reduce third-party costs and empower non-technical staff. He’s shipped end-to-end solutions from hardware-integrated backends to web scrapers, Celery/RabbitMQ background jobs, and AWS deployments, often taking sole responsibility for backend + DevOps. Colleagues rely on him to turn complex requirements into flexible, secure workflows while keeping codebases approachable and reusable.
