Senior🎓
Top SchoolSander Hoogendoorn is a veteran technology leader and independent software craftsman with over two decades of experience shaping architecture, teams, and delivery practices across e-commerce, insurance, IoT and consultancy. Currently CTO at iBOOD and founder of ditisagile.nl, he blends hands-on programming (Python, TypeScript, Node.js) with domain-driven design, test-driven development and event-driven microservices to simplify and scale complex systems. He has repeatedly led large agile transformations and built continuous-delivery platforms—roles that trace back to being Capgemini’s global agile thought leader and a partner at Ordina. An accomplished author and international keynote speaker, he’s working on books about microteams and microservices while still coaching teams in practical architecture and code quality. Notably, Sander pairs a restless curiosity for functional techniques (he “loves monads”) with a pragmatic insistence that tools don’t solve problems—thinking does.
