Top SchoolSandip Dey is a founder and multidisciplinary technologist blending design, Web3, and full-stack engineering with four years of hands-on startup experience. As CEO & Creative Director of ProjectX and a former Head of Design at UnMa, he has shipped 3D digital fashion experiences, improved conversion and UX metrics, and launched India’s first Metaverse fashion show. He builds production AI apps and blockchain systems—recently architecting a GDPR-compliant, NuCypher/IPFS-backed medical records backend with graph-based retrieval that cut query times by ~45%. A prolific creator and community builder, Sandip runs a tech YouTube channel with 350+ subscribers, leads blockchain clubs and Web3 chapters, and is a CNCF contributor and YC Summer School alumnus. He combines guerrilla self-learning (starting with tinkering at age 10) with formal cohorts like buildspace and Headstarter AI to move quickly from prototype to deployed MVPs. Always curious about NFTs, the metaverse, and privacy-preserving infrastructure, he seeks collaborations that bridge design and decentralized tech.
