Top SchoolSandro Meier is a robotics-focused software engineer and team lead with 14 years of experience building autonomous systems, from drone choreography and large autonomous construction vehicles to swarm planning. Currently leading robotics at Gravis Robotics after roles at Google, Built Robotics and Verity, he blends hands-on development with product deployment experience and a Master’s in Robotics, Systems and Control from ETH Zurich. As a co-founder of FidelisFactory he brings entrepreneurial grit and cross-functional collaboration to complex hardware-software integrations. He excels at high-level optimization and planning for multi-robot systems and has repeatedly delivered real-world autonomous systems under tight operational constraints.
