Top SchoolSaprative Jana is a product leader and founder with 10+ years of experience designing and scaling multi-tenant SaaS and enterprise AI platforms for Fortune 500 clients. Currently leading NucliOS at MathCo, he specializes in turning experimental AI capabilities into production-grade systems by aligning platform architecture, compliance, and GTM — work that has influenced $10M+ in contracts and unblocked ~$4M in stalled pipeline. He built repeatable deployment patterns and an FDE enablement system that cut enterprise onboarding time by ~40% and restructured operating models to improve release velocity by ~30%. As founder of DevLopLab and an AI product studio, he shipped CDP products to $2M+ ARR while standardizing tenant isolation and activation layers across AWS and Azure. Beyond product metrics, he runs an invite-only AI agents community and mentors practitioners moving from tooling to building agentic systems, reflecting a hands-on blend of engineering, strategy, and community-driven growth. Based in Kolkata, he combines startup grit with enterprise delivery experience to make regulated AI adoption practical and repeatable.
