Summary
🤩
RockstarSara Hicks is a seasoned product and company builder who has led teams and businesses for over 25 years, from early web communities at GeoCities and Yahoo! to scaling startups and guiding acquisitions. As co-founder and former CEO of Reaction Commerce she took the company from inception to acquisition by Mailchimp, then served as CPO at Intuit Mailchimp, blending operator instincts with product strategy. She now runs HappyHQ, an AI workspace aimed at making everyday work more rhythmic, and co-leads The Intentional Organization as a leadership coach and bestselling co-author. Known for coaching founders and executives across stages, she brings a rare combination of executive coaching, product leadership, and hands-on engineering/design experience. Based in Los Angeles, she quietly pairs entrepreneurial grit with a focus on humane, high-impact organizations—often favoring long-term team health over short-term wins.
