Top SchoolScott Hull is an enterprise account executive and strategy leader with nearly two decades of experience helping organizations from startups to 300,000-employee enterprises modernize workplace, infrastructure, apps, data/AI, and security. He combines hands-on delivery as a fractional CTO and program lead with a consultative sales approach, having overseen dozens of migrations, intranets, Power Platform, and AI projects that drive user efficiency and cost savings. Scott has a proven track record building and scaling Microsoft and AWS practices—growing a Boston line of business to #1 and $18M revenue in under three years—while leading cross-functional teams of developers, analysts, and architects. His background spans government and commercial sectors, including high-stakes program management for the VA and DoD and serving as an elected arbitrator on a major land-use dispute. Based in Carlisle, MA, he blends technical fluency with change-management savvy to ensure the people side of transformation is addressed as rigorously as the technology. An early-career researcher funded by the Gates Foundation, he brings a scientific curiosity and agricultural interest that inform a pragmatic, user-focused approach to digital transformation.
