He blends a tech-generalist mindset with deep practical knowledge of IAM and a track record of progressing from onboarding and sales engineering to technical leadership within the same fast-growing company. His background includes a PhD and academic research, bringing strong analytical rigor to applied systems and policy questions. Based in Kelowna, Canada, he pairs hands-on troubleshooting and training experience with an unusual past as a professional sound engineer—an indicator of his attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
