Top SchoolSean Graham is an engineering manager with 17 years of experience who blends hands-on web development expertise (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, AJAX) with a deep systems background in C, C++ and Java. He has led and scaled engineering teams from individual contributor roles to director-level responsibilities, shipping revenue-driving products like VirtualViewer HTML5 and guiding SDK and CI/CD modernizations. At Snowbound and later Accusoft he drove remote-first transitions, improved developer experience through lean Agile practices, and led integrations with IBM Cloud and watsonx.ai to add AI capabilities to document products. Now at Vizit, he continues to combine product strategy, people leadership, and technical direction, often stepping into cross-functional partnerships and M&A transitions. An understated strength is his track record of turning legacy processes into reproducible engineering practices that reduce regressions and speed delivery.
