Top SchoolSean Straus is an American sales and technical leader based in Prague with over 20 years driving dramatic revenue growth for software and SaaS vendors across cloud, AI, voice, contact center, biometrics and imaging. As a regional sales and presales executive at Genesys and Nuance he has repeatedly transformed business models—shifting regions from perpetual to subscription/cloud mixes—and consistently exceeded quotas (17 of 19 years) while delivering record deals, including the largest Genesys contract in Greece. He combines hands-on technical presales skills (architecting large contact centers and voice/IVR/voicebot deployments) with strategic channel development and multicultural go-to-market expertise across CEE, MENA, Africa and the Americas. Known for rebuilding underperforming partner programs, scaling partner certifications by thousands of percent, and mentoring teams to top global NPS and performance scores, he also founded and served on boards of several small businesses. Pragmatic, deal-oriented and fluent in emerging-market dynamics, he pairs tactical storm-in-the-field execution with long-term strategic initiatives like MEDDPICC adoption and software auditing practices.
