Top SchoolSebastian Baer is a senior manager and seasoned consultant with over a decade of experience helping organizations translate strategy into measurable change across consulting, coaching and leadership development. Based in the Greater Munich area, he blends corporate transformation expertise from roles at Q_PERIOR and Wavestone with hands-on team and executive coaching gained through programs at UnternehmerTUM and an ICF PCC-level certification. His background in business information systems and multiple international MBA modules (Munich, SDA Bocconi, Singapore Management University) enables him to bridge technical, operational and strategic perspectives.
