Senior🎓
Top SchoolSebastian Stark is an experienced computational scientist and AI practitioner with 12 years of cross-disciplinary experience developing ultra-high‑power laser systems, nanostructured waveguides, and precision optical components for medicine, biology and astronomy. He combines deep physics and engineering expertise (optics, mechanics, electronics, solid‑state physics) with hands-on software development in C, Python and Java to build numerical simulation, data‑analysis and IIoT/AI solutions. As a scientist‑engineer he has led national and international projects up to €3M, published peer‑reviewed work and presented widely at conferences, while also shipping product‑grade calibration and laser systems. Currently at TQ‑Systems he drives digitalization and AI initiatives in IIoT and e‑mobility, maintaining a parallel freelance practice in scientific computation — a blend that lets him translate cutting‑edge research techniques into operational industrial analytics.
