Top SchoolSébastien Deleuze is a Master Software Engineer with 10+ years building and evolving the Spring ecosystem, now a core committer at Broadcom focused on runtime efficiency, Kotlin support and GraalVM/CRaC integration. He led Spring Native and introduced Kotlin, CORS and null-safety into Spring, driving performance and modern language ergonomics across Spring MVC and WebFlux. A recognized Google Developer Expert for Kotlin (and formerly Dart), he actively shapes WebAssembly and JVM null-safety standards through cross-industry working groups. Based in the Greater Lyon area, he combines deep systems-level expertise with practical platform thinking—working to make Tanzu the optimal home for Spring apps—while quietly championing functional DSLs like Spring Fu that steer the framework’s future.
