Senior🎓
Top SchoolSébastien Maimon is a seasoned digital transformation consultant and operator with 9 years of experience helping organizations modernize processes, tooling and ways of working. He blends entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial experience—leading turnarounds, building API-first SaaS for healthcare, and running carve-outs—to align tech strategy with business recovery and growth. Comfortable from hands-on audits and workshops to defining bespoke vs best-of-breed solutions, he frequently acts as agile project facilitator and product-minded PO. His background in production management at scale (over 25k sites) and crisis turnaround work gives him a pragmatic edge in high-pressure contexts. Based in Greater Lyon, he pairs an art/communication education with practical system-building skills, which informs a human-centered approach to change management. Notably, he has repeatedly translated emergency-led learnings into durable processes and tooling that improve resilience beyond the immediate crisis.
