Top SchoolSee Leong is a Senior Tools Engineer with 10 years of experience building low-level systems and developer-facing tooling for AAA and MMO games. Based in Austin, he has shipped critical systems at ArtCraft/Monumental for Crowfall and now contributes to Diablo IV tooling at Blizzard, focusing on profiling, optimization, asset pipelines, and live iteration tools that let designers iterate without fighting the tech. He’s equally comfortable in C#, C++ and HLSL, and has a track record of creating custom culling/LOD systems, native plugin integrations, and visual debuggers that expose engine internals to teams. Beyond shipping features, he has mentored junior engineers, owned platform migrations (including il2cpp work), and driven performance investigations down to crash and memory-leak debugging. A pragmatic engineer, he prioritizes making creators’ lives easier so gameplay and content—not tools—become the bottleneck.
