Top SchoolSeif Bassem is a Cloud Solution Architect with 8+ years designing and delivering large-scale Azure and hybrid cloud solutions from Cairo, Egypt. At Microsoft he architects AI-enabled, secure, resilient platforms and is a core maintainer of Azure Landing Zones and Azure Arc initiatives that have driven thousands of deployments and faster feature delivery cycles. He blends hands-on engineering—authoring Bicep modules, verified modules, and automation accelerators—with field enablement, having built workshops, learning modules and conference sessions (including Ignite and PowerShell Conf Europe). His work on cost optimization and governance (Azure Advisor workbook, governance visualizer) demonstrates a pragmatic focus on measurable customer impact. Notably, several of his public tools evolved into first-party products and his ALZ subscription vending module has seen ~10K deployments across 125 tenants. Skilled at translating complex hybrid/edge architectures into repeatable patterns, he combines technical depth with thought leadership and operational pragmatism.
