Senior🎓
Top SchoolSepehr Naderi is an experienced engineering manager based in Sydney with nine years in software development and a longer history leading teams at BigCommerce. He progressed from hands-on full-stack and mobile development—building checkout systems, REST APIs and Android apps—to team lead and now management, combining technical depth with delivery ownership. His background spans e-commerce integrations, payment gateways and platform checkout architecture, and he brings a pragmatic focus on reliable, API-driven systems. Trained with master's degrees in software engineering and IT, he pairs formal engineering management knowledge with a developer's mindset—he still enjoys coding enough to joke that the only acceptable waste is keyboard steam.
