Top SchoolSerenity Dallas is a Front End Development Manager with over a decade of hands-on experience and more than 20 years working in the web space, now leading front-end strategy and delivery at Velir from Medford, MA. She blends deep technical expertise in React, Sass, HTML, and accessible front-end architecture with a proven track record of mentoring teams, building style guides, and shipping high-profile sites for clients like the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Harvard Library, and Mass.gov. Known for growing and coaching teams, she pairs people-first leadership with practical processes—code reviews, best-practice standards, and paired programming—to keep projects on time and maintainable. Her background spans agency and enterprise work, from rapid prototyping and tight deadline refactors to multi-site shared code libraries and component-driven design systems. Beyond code, she brings product discipline from roles as a technical product owner and hands-on experience in UX-facing performance optimizations and A/B prototyping. An early adopter of Pattern Lab and Atomic Design principles, she quietly influences front-end consistency and accessibility across large web ecosystems.
