Senior🎓
Top SchoolSerge Vartanov is a software engineer with 8 years of experience building scalable, modular full‑stack applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Redux, Node.js, and Python. He’s held progressive engineering roles at Tinder, rising to Principal Software Engineer, and now contributes at Kindred while serving as a GLG Council Member. Serge combines startup grit—co‑founding AutoGravity and helping it scale to millions of users and $100M+ funding—with enterprise rigor from BCG and Harvard MBA training. He’s skilled in TDD, CI/CD, Docker, AWS, and data-driven UX work (D3, analytics), and has led teams through TypeScript adoption and testing culture shifts. A Phi Beta Kappa UC Berkeley alumnus, he pairs product instincts and business fluency with hands-on engineering, often translating complex financial and consumer problems into elegant, testable systems. An under‑the‑radar strength: he moves comfortably between coding, mentoring, and shaping go‑to‑market technical strategy.
