👤
SeniorSergei Solokhin is a Senior Expert Animation Engineer with 11 years of experience building animation systems, pipelines, and realtime tooling for film, games, and motion-capture studios across Europe and the UK. He has shipped production plugins and integrations for MotionBuilder, Maya, Unreal Engine and Unity, contributed core animation frameworks at Rokoko and Avalanche, and recently held senior roles at Tencent UK, Build A Rocket Boy and Elsewhere Entertainment. His background blends hands‑on rigging and cinematics work on feature projects (including The WALL) with deep engineering—authoring standalone apps, specialized solvers and marketplace plugins like Technocrane Tracker. Known for bridging R&D and production, he often turns experimental mocap workflows into robust pipeline tools that save studio time. Based in Stony Stratford, he pairs a unique combo of animator instincts and software craftsmanship that surfaces in both customer-facing plugins and internal R&D toolsets.
