Sergey Danilov is a pragmatic technology executive and CEO with 12+ years of hands-on software and leadership experience, now running Keie Group from Nizhny Novgorod. He began as a low-level software designer and evolved through technical leadership, project and product management roles, combining deep C++ and systems expertise with enterprise Java, PL/SQL and DevOps practices. Sergey has led distributed teams, driven large-scale telecom and VoIP projects, and as a contributor to the popular ONLYOFFICE Document Server has fixed core C++ converter components—showing he still codes on critical back-end systems. He holds an M.Sc. and a Ph.D. in Computer Science and is comfortable moving between architecture, delivery and business strategy. An understated strength is his track record of shrinking teams and backlogs while preserving quality, reflecting a focus on efficiency and measurable outcomes.
