Senior🎓
Top SchoolSergio Del Olmo is a Senior Software Engineer and tech lead with 9+ years of experience building scalable full-stack systems and improving how teams deliver. He has driven company-wide initiatives—most notably a greenfield GitLab CI automation that cut release times by over 80%—and led modular migrations that modernized legacy Java/JSP stacks into modular React architectures. Comfortable returning to hands-on work, Sergio blends thoughtful, maintainable coding with mentorship and process improvements to boost cross-team efficiency. He’s worked across backend Java, REST APIs, CDNs and frontend React, and has a practical history in enterprise databases and CI/CD at scale. Based in Móstoles, Spain, he values curiosity and alignment with product and user goals as much as technical skill. An early-career tutor in Java, he still favors coaching and embedding learning into day-to-day engineering.
