Senior🎓
Top SchoolSergio Galvan is a Senior Platform Engineer with 12 years of hands-on SRE and systems engineering experience across bare-metal and cloud environments, currently shaping platform reliability at bunny.net. He has a strong track record building and automating infrastructure—everything from ZFS-backed backup servers and Vault/Consul migrations to AutoTerraform for cloud services and EKS cluster deployments with GPU support. Comfortable with Go, Python, Terraform, Docker and AWS, he repeatedly delivers internal tools that reduce operational load (event dispatchers, inventory reporters, CI/CD scaffolds) and improves developer experience. Past roles span high-scale deployments, Kubernetes testing and monitoring stacks, and multi-master LDAP and DRBD-based replication projects, reflecting deep expertise in distributed systems. Based in Czechia, he pairs low-level system knowledge (storage, networking, on-prem blades) with pragmatic cloud migration skills, often anticipating upgrades and automation needs before they become urgent.
