Top SchoolSerhii Nosov is a Lead Data Engineer with nine years of focused experience building data platforms and leading cross-functional engineering teams for large tech and e-commerce companies. He has architected Snowflake- and MSSQL-based data warehouses using Anchor Modeling (6NF), created a proprietary Python framework to manage complex data flows, and migrated 20+ legacy ETL pipelines to modern stacks, delivering measurable performance and cost improvements. A former director and senior manager of global customer engineering, he combines deep technical hands‑on skills with proven people leadership—hiring, training, and scaling distributed teams to improve CSAT and operational KPIs. He also applied AI at scale, deploying a BERT model to automate Zendesk ticket triage and reduce manual touches. Based in Culver City, Serhii brings both enterprise-grade architecture experience and a knack for pragmatic tooling that accelerates developer productivity. An Employee of the Year awardee who continually hones presentation and communication skills, he thrives at the intersection of data engineering, support automation, and operational excellence.
