Top SchoolShamil Sattarov is a DevOps evangelist with over nine years of hands-on experience spanning infrastructure, CI/CD and container platforms, and a longer career rooted in system and network administration since 2005. He designs and operates cloud-native and on-premise systems (GCP, Terraform, GKE/Helm, Docker/Kubernetes, VMware) and champions build management practices across diverse stacks using tools like Git, Jenkins/Concourse, Nexus/Artifactory. Known for translating deep sysadmin knowledge (LDAP/FreeIPA, directory services, SAN, SDN) into developer-friendly workflows, he focuses on culture change as much as tooling to enable collaborative, reliable delivery. Comfortable advising both startups and enterprises, he blends practical provisioning automation (Ansible, OpenStack Heat) with modern container orchestration to shorten feedback loops. Based in Ufa, Russia, he brings a pragmatic, cross-disciplinary perspective that values people over tools while continuously modernizing legacy environments.
