Top SchoolShane Argo is a software leader and founder with 12 years' experience specialising in higher education technology and digital transformation. As CEO of All The Ducks he helps universities replace legacy middleware, streamline LMS integrations, and turn spreadsheet-driven grading into a secure, auditable service through his product Grade Matter. He combines hands-on development and systems administration experience from roles at the University of the Sunshine Coast with strategic leadership to bridge the gaps between IT teams, academic operations, and compliance. Known for solving the “between-systems” problems that create manual workarounds and audit risk, he focuses on pragmatic, low-friction solutions that save time and reputation. Based in Toowoomba, Australia, he pairs a Bachelor of Software Engineering with deep institutional knowledge to guide complex projects from discovery through delivery. Colleagues describe him as someone who speaks both the technical and academic language, reducing change resistance by prioritising rigour and operational continuity.
