Top SchoolShane Buchan is a senior software engineer and founder with nine years of full-stack experience building product-led web platforms and leading engineering teams across e-commerce and consumer brands. He has a track record of turning high-pressure migrations and technical debt into measurable business wins—rebuilding storefronts and content systems (Builder.io/Shopify) that enabled 300% YOY peak sales and halved operational spending in weeks. Equally comfortable in hands-on coding and strategic execution, Shane founded JumpLabs to consult on product design and engineering while now contributing at Ramp. He specializes in architecting monorepos, GraphQL integrations, localization, and marketing-to-engineering handoffs that significantly speed time-to-market. Based in Gainesville, FL, he brings a rare mix of design sensibility and operational rigor—often implementing cross-functional processes (like global office hours) that improve distributed team productivity.
