Top SchoolShaun O'Keefe is a platform-first software engineer and engineering manager with 15 years building developer-facing infrastructure and SRE practices across startups and scale-ups. As a founding member at Aomidori and recent staff engineer roles at Canva, he focuses on product-minded platform work that prioritises developer experience and human-centered team growth over raw tech alone. He has led platform and SRE functions at Stile Education and Blinq, balancing hands-on reliability engineering with coaching to “build better engineers, not just better infra.” Fluent in Japanese from study at Keio and a University of Queensland alumnus, Shaun brings a cross-cultural perspective and a penchant for humility and kindness that he treats as foundational to engineering success. Colleagues describe him as the kind of leader who measures impact by teammate smiles as much as system metrics.
