Summary
👤
SeniorShawn Fagan is a Cloud Solutions Architect and team lead with 11 years of hands-on experience architecting and migrating SharePoint, Office 365, and Azure solutions across government, healthcare, finance, and nonprofit sectors. He combines deep .NET, database, and SSRS expertise with practical automation—frequently leveraging PowerShell and Metalogix to orchestrate large-scale SharePoint migrations and farms. At Marathon Consulting he progressed from consultant to lead, delivering complex upgrades (thousands of sites and MySites) and leading post-migration support and governance. Comfortable in both infrastructure and application layers, he also brings web development chops (PHP, jQuery, HTML/CSS) rooted in early navy-contractor and nonprofit work that drove measurable community fundraising. Known for pragmatic tooling and workflow solutions (Nintex, custom webparts), he blends operational rigor with developer-level problem solving.
