Top SchoolShawn Rushefsky is a Forward Deployed Engineer with 11 years of experience building scalable, reliable systems and production AI infrastructure. He has designed inference and training solutions for customers at Baseten and previously architected resilient generative AI platforms on a distributed GPU cloud at Salad. Shawn blends hands-on SRE leadership—managing 500+ containerized microservices and observability tooling at GLG—with entrepreneurial chops from co-founding a database-backed analytics startup and running a nonprofit that provides a free, unlimited Stable Diffusion service. Fluent in multiple stacks, he focuses on automation, system design, and shipping ML/AI tooling from prototype to production.
