Senior🎓
Top SchoolShi Ng is an AI product engineering lead based in Singapore with 9 years of hands-on experience designing and delivering secure, cloud-native systems and AI products. He blends technical architecture ownership with practical DevSecOps discipline—streamlining CI/CD, embedding security into pipelines, and cutting deployment times dramatically across microservice landscapes. Shi has led modernization efforts from legacy C# systems to hybrid cloud Java and Kafka architectures, and has a track record of translating complex AI/ML and infrastructure concepts into clear guidance for stakeholders. He’s equally comfortable building proofs-of-concept for new commercial opportunities and running change advisory processes to keep production safe and compliant. Notably, he resurrected stalled projects and built engineering teams from scratch, demonstrating a talent for turning technical debt into scalable products. He holds formal training in cybersecurity alongside deep software engineering roots, which informs his pragmatic, security-first approach to AI product delivery.
