Top SchoolShreya Chandra is a Senior Software Engineer with 11 years of experience building user-focused, scalable web platforms from Bengaluru. She has driven end-to-end product and platform work at Moveworks and Newton School, delivering features from proctoring systems and placement portals to connector validation and DSL tooling. Her work blends frontend performance and UX sensitivity with backend reliability—examples include reducing contest plagiarism from 30% to 10% and automating evaluation pipelines that saved hours of human effort daily. She’s comfortable across the stack (APIs, JSON tooling, CI/CD, Chrome extensions) and has been a subject-matter expert on complex domains like big-JSON parsing and timezone/DST handling. Passionate about education, fitness, and curious about AI, she also mentors and hires engineers, bringing product instincts to technical design. Notably, she built a generative-AI–powered interview-evaluation extension and humanized error/UX improvements that improve developer and end-user interactions.
