Senior🎓
Top SchoolShristi Raj is a Systematic Quant Developer with eight years of software and low-latency market data experience, combining a strong academic foundation from IIT (BHU) Varanasi (9.85/10 CGPA) with production-grade engineering at firms like D. E. Shaw, Goldman Sachs and Qube Research. She has shipped C++ and Python systems that moved into production—most notably a UDP pcap recorder/replayer and stream adapters that simplified reference-data pipelines and halved storage needs for sales teams. Comfortable across market-data infra, quant development and software engineering, she pairs algorithmic coding pedigree (Microsoft Codess selection) with hands-on mentoring and cross-team delivery. Now at Engelhart, she focuses on systematic trading systems where low-latency reliability and pragmatic design meet research-driven iteration. An under-the-radar strength is her track record of turning complex, template-heavy systems into simpler, more maintainable solutions that scale in production.
