Senior🎓
Top SchoolShu Liu is a founder and former startup engineering leader with 12+ years of experience turning product ideas into shipped web and mobile software while coaching founders on sustainable creative practice. After senior engineering roles—including Head of Engineering at OnPoint Nutrition where he led a backend rewrite, reduced churn, and enabled B2B growth—he shifted focus to the human side of building, blending productivity, nervous-system awareness, and relational intelligence. He runs Tempo, a 90-day consistency lab that helps solopreneurs launch projects without burning out, and leads Kindred Relating to teach NVC, IFS, and systems thinking for healthier teams. Shu’s background spans full-stack development, program leadership, and developer education (notably at famo.us), giving him rare fluency in both technical delivery and facilitative coaching. Based in San Francisco, he brings an engineer’s rigor to emotional resilience practices, helping builders design work systems their nervous systems can sustain.
