Top SchoolSi Nguyen is a Principal Engineer with 13 years of experience, currently leading architecture and delivery at Go1 from Ho Chi Minh City. He progressed through roles from web developer and software engineer to technical lead and scrum master, demonstrating deep product ownership and team leadership across his tenure. A self-taught transition from civil engineering into software, he blends practical problem-solving with a systems-minded approach to building scalable web platforms. Known for being left-handed and "super young at heart," he brings a curious, hands-on energy to mentoring and cross-functional collaboration. His long-term commitment to a single company reflects strong institutional knowledge and an ability to evolve responsibilities as products and teams grow. Outside core engineering, Si maintains a public presence (tiensi.me) that highlights his unconventional path and continuous learning mindset.
