Top SchoolSiddhant Chothe is a founder and CTO with 13 years in software, and over eight years focused on advancing digital accessibility across global sectors. He leads Tekvision Softtech & Accessibility Solutions LLP, building inclusive products and teams—many members of which are visually impaired or hard of hearing—so solutions are shaped by lived experience as well as standards like WCAG, ADA and EN 301 549. A blind technologist himself, he blends hands-on engineering across diverse stacks with advocacy, helping organizations embed accessibility as a strategic advantage rather than an afterthought. His career began in web and PHP development and evolved into creating sustainable employment pathways for disabled IT professionals while delivering R&D and production work for international clients.
