Top SchoolSimon Debbarma is a creative director and product-focused designer with 8 years of experience building brand identities, web products, and design systems for startups and agencies. He blends hands-on UX and front-end sensibilities with strategic leadership—recently guiding Makeshack’s creative vision while previously serving as CTO at Boyne & Co. and founding early-stage ventures like Unzoro and Sinematic Studios, giving him rare end-to-end product empathy from idea to launch. Simon runs cohort-based workshops and produces educational content, mentoring creators and developers to scale their craft and businesses. He’s comfortable building custom tech stacks and tooling—having designed a semi-monolithic integration approach for Unzoro and shipping analytics and hiring dashboards at Boyne & Co. Based in India, he pairs a storyteller’s background in film and media with practical engineering training from Microverse, making him equally fluent in visual narrative and product delivery.
