Top SchoolSimon Joecks is a Berlin-based technology leader and CTO with 12 years of experience building secure, scalable AI and mobile-first systems. He progressed from Android and game development into leading engineering teams at HERE and Xayn, now helming Noxtua to deliver sovereign Legal AI and its Infrastructure/Application stack. Simon blends hands-on full-stack and infrastructure chops—Flutter, frontend, and cloud-native systems—with a strong focus on security and compliance for legal use cases. Known for rapidly shipping products under tight timelines, he pairs pragmatic engineering discipline with team growth and operational rigor. A master's graduate from TU Berlin, he brings an uncommon mix of mobile UX sensibility and production-grade backend architecture to privacy-sensitive AI deployments.
