Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolSimon Ladyzhinski is a seasoned backend team lead based in Tel Aviv with about 10–11 years of experience building cloud-native, data-driven systems and shipping full-stack products. He has led cross-functional engineering and DevOps teams to deliver large-scale monitoring and analytics platforms spanning AWS, GCP, and Azure, and introduced streaming and big-data tooling like Apache Beam and AWS Athena. Comfortable from whitepaper to production, he blends hands-on backend engineering (Python, Go) with infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD practices (Pulumi, Kubernetes, CDK). Simon has a track record of turning complex requirements into operational systems—having owned product roadmaps and technical architecture while also building developer-facing platforms such as per-PR app hosting. A self-learner who continues to create personal projects, he brings military-grade discipline from leadership roles in the IDF where he improved performance, testing, and deployment for algorithmic systems. He’s especially strong at aligning technical decisions with user and business outcomes, ensuring solutions scale and remain operable.
