Top SchoolSimon Mcenlly is an operational and product leader with over 20 years in technology and a decade of senior management experience, currently serving as COO at Wallaby.js from the Gold Coast. He has led cross-functional teams at scale—managing engineers, economists and data scientists at Amazon to automate capacity planning used across AWS and Amazon businesses. Simon grew R&D organizations from small teams into scalable engineering units, introducing modern development practices (IOC, unit testing, MVVM/MVC, ORMs) and ALM tooling that increased sales and market opportunities. He combines hands-on technical depth with strategic product roadmapping and operational discipline, often stepping into architecture and release management himself. Colleagues value his ability to translate complex forecasts and infrastructure needs into pragmatic processes that drive measurable business outcomes.
