Top SchoolSimone Panza is a founder and CEO with nine years of experience building drone solutions at the intersection of aerospace research and commercial applications. With a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a background in control theory, flight control systems and programming, he transitioned from post‑doctoral research and a guest researcher stint at JAXA into co-founding ANT‑X to deliver drones for education, research and industry. He combines rigorous academic depth—designing robust guidance and control for quad-tilt-wing UAVs—with hands‑on product leadership and a coder’s mindset captured by his “RCT (Reading, Coding and Trading)” motto. Based in Milan, Simone is comfortable moving between theoretical control design and practical embedded/software implementation, turning complex control algorithms into deployable drone platforms.
