Senior🎓
Top SchoolSimone Silva is a Frontend Developer based in Berlin with 11 years of professional experience and over 6 years focused on building scalable, pixel-perfect web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React. She has shipped customer-facing products at companies from startups to consultancies—most recently at Ampero by BayWa r.e.—and brings a strong CSS-first sensibility from roles explicitly titled “CSS Software Engineer.” A ThoughtWorks alumnus, she pairs agile practices, TDD and continuous delivery with hands-on front-end craftsmanship and attention to design detail. Beyond engineering, Simone mentors others—teaching web development to underserved youth and leading Women Who Code—and balances work with running and bike riding, which she cites as fueling her focus and resilience.
