Senior🎓
Top SchoolSimran G is an AI and cybersecurity reinvention architect with 11+ years of hands-on and executive experience driving digital transformation, risk reduction, and product innovation across startups, scale-ups and advisory roles. Based in Sydney, she blends board-level strategic insight with practical delivery—leading technology due diligence for VC/PE, rebuilding IT and security stacks as a CISO/CIO, and embedding capability through up-skilling engagements. Her work spans implementing ISO27001/ASD Essential Eight controls, architecting scalable fintech and high-volume systems, and advising CEOs and investors on tech viability and operational resilience. Simran is equally comfortable in the parachute role—jumping into urgent technical problems—and in mentoring accelerator founders, which gives her a rare mix of tactical execution and ecosystem influence. She continually studies emerging AI advancements to ensure reinvention programs are future-ready, and brings a bias for measurable, sustainable change rather than one-off projects.
