Top SchoolSmruti Rana is a software development engineer with a strong front-end and full-stack background, bringing eight years of hands-on experience and five years focused on building high-performance, accessible web and mobile applications using React, Angular, TypeScript and Node.js. She has led migrations to modern Angular architectures and implemented microfrontend systems that measurably improved performance and modularity, while also creating reusable component libraries to accelerate team delivery. At Infosys she architected and deployed RAG pipelines, MCP servers, and multi-agent Generative AI applications, translating LLM capabilities into product features that boosted engagement. Comfortable across the stack, she combines performance optimizations (code splitting, lazy loading, Web Vitals) with WCAG and OWASP best practices to deliver secure, responsive experiences. Now at HackerRank, Smruti continues to blend product-focused frontend engineering with GenAI integration, reflecting a rare mix of UI craftsmanship and AI-driven feature engineering. Based in Bengaluru, she pairs an entrepreneurial freelance background with corporate-scale delivery, often mentoring teams and driving cross-functional innovation.
